Quality Care Residential Homes has a Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) process as a result of the accreditation process with the Council of Accreditation (COA) and has developed a Performance Quality Improvement Plan and Performance Quality Improvement Quarterly Reports on progress. Quality Care has met the improvement standards for the quarters presented.
